Required reading for those looking to "sharpen the saw" and hone the craft of leading on a construction project. Filled with bullet points, lists/checklists, and easily digestible sections, the ideas are simple and immediately implementable on the job-site. In addition to current professionals, I would also encourage college construction management/engineering students to read the book cover to cover . Along with this text, Jason's "Elevate Construction" podcast and blog (which are both FREE) are also highly recommended. All 3 resources complement themselves very well. Looking forward to future books in the series. I discovered this book and Jason's podcast in December 2020. It has given me clarity about what we need to do to elevate the role of superintendent in our organization to be successful with Lean and The Last Planner System.
